Jeeva Amrit Ayurveda does not have a return policy. We do not accept any returns of used products. Customers can only exchange the product if they received the wrong one. We maintain a strict no-return and no-refund policy due to the nature of our products.
No Returns
Jeeva Amrit Ayurveda does not accept returns on any products once they have been sold and delivered. This rule applies to all of our product range with no exceptions.
No Refunds, Either Full or Partial
Under no circumstances do we offer refunds, be it full or partial. All purchases made on our platforms are final.
If Delivered Wrong Item
If the customer receives an incorrect or wrong product, they must notify us within 24 hours of delivery. They must provide us with valid proof, i.e., the product information from their order history and an image or video of the incorrect product.
Our team will verify your request, and if accepted, we expect you to:
- Pay the additional return-handling and logistics charges if the return request is accepted.
- The customer will be required to pay extra charges with no exceptions.
